MICHAELA RISTUCCIA
President
Michaela has been a licensed health care practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for over 18 years. She holds a degree from the Mass College of Pharmacy and Health Science and has extensive experience working with a variety of patients. Michaela is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Lightarian Reiki Master, Lightarian Angel link facilitator, an advanced Spiritual Response Therapist, and is currently working on becoming an advanced flower essence practitioner. Michaela’s many years of experience in healthcare, energy work, love for plant medicine, and working with patients led her to make the full transition into the cannabis Industry. Michaela’s true passion is working in cultivation, with the cannabis plants energy field, and at the dispensary where she can provide the best customer education and service.
JANET KUPRIS
CEO
Janet is a co-founder and CEO of Full Harvest Moonz, a Licensed Marijuana Retail Establishment headquartered in Haverhill, MA. Janet holds a B.S. in Holistic Nutrition and has always had a passion for plant-based medicine. She has attained a Professional Certificate in Cannabis Science and Medicine from the University of Vermont, Larner College of Medicine along with numerous other Professional Certificates in Cannabis Science and Medicine.
Janet has spent the last decade building an extensive business network that has grown significantly. Her past experiences and diligent work ethic helped guide her both personally and professionally and has contributed to her working with various financial entities to help fund clients in the alternative funding industry.
Evan
General Manager
Evan has been working for Full Harvest Moonz since the first day they opened. He was drawn to a career where he could excel in making others happy. Evan is the General Manager and loves getting to play such a big role in the company. Getting to assure customers have the best possible experience when visiting our store is one of his top priorities. Evan loves seeing people leave with a smile on their face, knowing they found a product that is going to help them.
Mashayla
Brand & Marketing Manager
Mashayla has had a passion for helping people her whole life. She worked as a CNA through college and loved getting to make a difference in the health of others. Mashayla graduated from Plymouth State University with a Bachelor’s in Public Health. After graduating she wanted to put her knowledge to the test and start a career focusing on holistic health. Now, she couldn’t imagine a different career field. Mashayla absolutely loves her job & getting to help individuals find products that best suit them for their overall health.
Riley
Wholesale Manager
Riley really enjoys helping people, and what better way than through cannabis. The way it brings so many different people together is truly amazing. Being able to get creative with the menu so we can provide the best deals to our customers, like the Pre Roll Palooza, is his favorite part of the job. There is nothing more he loves than seeing a happy customer walking out of the store. Some of his hobbies include fishing, golf, skiing, shooting pool (somehow he always scratches on the 8 ball), Boston sports or just being outside. As for cannabis, you’ll only catch him smoking on those indica strains.
Alexandra
Inventory Manager (Lowell)
Ali has been in the Cannabis industry for about four years and has always had a passion for helping people. As a former hair stylist, attention to detail and guest satisfaction are top priority for her. She enjoys guiding team members to help provide unmatched education and customer service to every guest. Her favorite part of this career is being able to provide cannabis education and watching this knowledge help to create a better quality of life. In her spare time Ali enjoys being with family and friends, creating memories, hanging outdoors, and is always vibin’ to music.
James
Retail Supervisor (Haverhill)
I was interested in working in the cannabis industry because I have been in and around grows for many years and have tons of experience in cannabis and its healing properties because I use certain strains and different cannabinoids for pain relief. And have been studying different cannabinoids and terpenes and other natural ways of healing . My other interests besides cannabis are music, clothing and sports. I enjoy being a supervisor because I like helping people and feel free to come up to me and ask me any questions when you come into the store.
Shelby
Retail Manager (Haverhill)
My name is Shelby and I am a retail supervisor here at Full Harvest Moonz. I am from southern New Hampshire. My first job in the cannabis industry was as a medical marijuana doctor in Danvers. I really enjoyed learning more about medical cannabis and seeing how it helps people. My favorite method of consumption is dabbing concentrates, but I enjoy smoking or eating any form of cannabis. I am finishing up my degree in computer applications next semester. It has been my dream to combine my passions of computers and cannabis. I also love to be creative with my fashion and makeup. I believe that life is too short to not do what makes you happy.
Haley
Retail Supervisor (Haverhill)
Haley DeMarco has worked for Full Harvest Moonz since day one. She started as a budtender and is now a Retail Supervisor. Before FHM, Haley was a Recreation Director in senior living. Although she loved working with the elderly something was missing and it was time for a change. She became interested in working in the cannabis industry after learning how to use it to deal with her own medical ailments. She wanted to be able to share her knowledge to help other people. Her favorite part of the job is educating customers about products and helping them feel comfortable with cannabis in general. In her free time, Haley enjoys traveling with her husband and dog, drag racing up and down the east coast, cruising in hot rods, and spending time with family and friends.
Nicole
Retail Supervisor (Haverhill)
Hi my name is Nicole. I've been with FHM since we opened our doors. I was hired as a Budtender and enjoy talking with people and helping them find something that Suitable to their needs. Especially when they come back to see you and tell you that you changed their lives for the better. I have been promoted to Retail Supervisor about a year later and couldn't be more thrilled to work for two wonderful women that have a passion for the benefits of cannabis like myself, and it is a women-owned business. I have been a cannabis user to help with my Anxiety and sleep issues. I'm so happy that we live in a time when we can walk into a dispensary and have people like us to help with your purchases. When I'm not working. I love spending time with my dogs and family up north in the White Mountain area. Nothing like going for a walk in the mountains with some goodies from FHM.
Dustin
Retail Supervisor (Haverhill)
Dustin started working for FHM as a budtender last February. He is now one of our Retail Supervisors and our employee with the best hairstyle! He joined the cannabis community because he wanted to be part of something new with a lot of growth potential. His favorite thing about FHM is that although all the people who come through our doors are different, they're all coming in for the same thing, relief from the use of cannabis. During the day Dustin is a Mortgage Underwriter and in his spare time you can find him hanging out with his wife, daughter, and dogs, playing disc golf, and hiking.

Assistant Inventory Manager (Haverhill)
Fay is one of our inventory leads at our Haverhill location. Her organizational skills make her an asset when it comes to keeping our shelves stocked with the best products. In her free time she enjoys playing Hanafuda, chess & eating snacks. Her favorite cannabis products to use are gummies and tinctures!

Hi I am Jon! I joined the cannabis industry because I have always loved the plant and the community behind it. As an inventory lead, I make sure the best quality products are being sold to our customers. In my free time, I enjoy hanging out with friends & snowboarding!

Anna has been interested in the healing properties of cannabis for years. In joining the Full Harvest Moonz team, she gets to explore cannabis and its uses while connecting with members of the community. She thinks that cannabis is an under appreciated tool to help with a plethora of ailments, including both mental and physical health. Whether it comes to easing the pain of chronic illness, helping someone relax during a stressful time, or just making it easier to fall asleep, there's a cannabinoid that will help without the use of prescription drugs. She finds it fulfilling to help the community find their way to these life changing tools!

Hi I’m Rex! I’ve always had a passion for helping people in whatever way I can. So, when I started in the cannabis industry in 2022 I immediately fell in love with it. I had finally found a way to help people, and make them feel better with something I was knowledgeable and passionate about. I’m a huge advocate for cannabis reform and believe that no one should be in jail simply for indulging in a plant that helps them cope with their daily stressors. I hope I stay in the industry as long as I can and continue to help those who need it!
Trinity
Retail Supervisor (Lowell)
Trinity is one of our Lowell Retail Supervisors. She began her cannabis career in 2022 out in Colorado where she discovered her passion for bud-tending. Trinity’s favorite hobby is learning and testing out all the new products, which has made her acquire an extensive comprehensive of cannabis. One of the greatest feelings in this career for her is when she recommends products to customers and they come back asking for more. We are over the moon to add her knowledge and experience to our FHM team. If you need recommendations on any category of products, Trinity is your girl!
Paige
Inventory Lead (Lowell)
Paige is our Lowell Inventory Lead, she has 3 years of cannabis experience obtained by working in various departments throughout the industry. We welcomed her on to the FHM team as a bud-tender, shortly after recognized her true passion for inventory. Her ability to multitask and attention to detail insured she was the well-suited for the role. Paige’s widespread experience and knowledge makes her an overall invaluable asset. We are ecstatic to have her as part of our team!
