Janet Kupris, CEO FHM

Janet is a co-founder and CEO of Full Harvest Moonz, a Licensed Marijuana Retail Establishment headquartered in Haverhill, MA. 

Janet has spent the last decade building an extensive business network that has grown significantly. Her past experiences and diligent work ethic helped guide her both personally and professionally and has contributed to her working with various financial entities to help fund clients in the alternative funding industry. It was this industry that led Janet to work with cannabis clients.

Janet became involved with multiple investment banking groups that have helped raise several million dollars to fund three separate cannabis teams operating in Rhode Island, Maine, and Massachusetts. 

Janet previously served as Director of Marketing and Community Outreach at Summit Medical Compassion Center, a medical marijuana dispensary located in Warwick, R.I. During that time her responsibilities included creating and conducting educational presentations to major R.I. Hospitals as well as other medical professionals throughout New England. 

She has attained a Professional Certificate in Cannabis Science and Medicine from the University of Vermont, Larner College of Medicine along with numerous other Professional Certificates in Cannabis Science and Medicine.

In addition, Janet holds a B.S. in Holistic Nutrition and has always had a passion for plant-based medicine.

 

Michaela A. Ristuccia, PRESIDENT FHM      

Michaela has been a licensed health care practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for over 18 years. She holds a degree from the Mass College of Pharmacy and Health Science and has extensive experience working with a variety of patients.

Michaela is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Lightarian Reiki Master, Lightarian Angel link facilitator, an advanced Spiritual Response Therapist, and is currently working on becoming an advanced flower essence practitioner. Michaela is very passionate about her energy work with people and plant spirit medicine. She incorporates all of her passion for education and experience with these alternative healing modalities to perform unique healing work with plants, products, and people. 

Several years ago, Michaela had the opportunity to volunteer in the cannabis industry working with Sanctuary ATC, one of only four licensed, vertically integrated cultivation and dispensing Companies in the state of New Hampshire.  She worked at their cultivation site in Rochester and their dispensary in Plymouth. This allowed Michaela to learn what plants and products are best suited for each patient and to have a full circle approach of care and education.

Michaela’s many years of experience in healthcare, energy work, love for plant medicine, and working with patients led her to make the full transition into the cannabis Industry. In early 2017, she became one of the first employees of Sanctuary Medicinals, Inc. a Massachusetts licensed, vertically integrated marijuana cultivator and dispensary operator. 

For over 2 years, Michaela was at the forefront of Sanctuary’s Cultivation and Processing facility in Littleton, MA. There, she took on a multitude of roles including working as an assistant grower to planning out their dispensary strategy. 

Michaela’s true passion is working in cultivation, with the cannabis plants energy field, and at the dispensary where she can provide the best customer education and service.

Michaela is the Co-Founder and President of Full Harvest Moonz, (“FHM”) an adult-use retail establishment in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  FHM will be operating an adult-use dispensary in Haverhill, MA commencing February 2021. FHM has also received a special permit in the City of Lowell and hopes to open in September 2021.

Michaela is also a Partner at Sanctuary Medicinals of Florida, a licensed, vertically integrated medical marijuana operator, and will be its Patient Care Liaison responsible for creating and implementing thorough patient care and educational platform for the entire State.  

Michaela is very excited about the expansive path ahead and using all of her experience to help raise awareness about one of the world’s most amazing plants!
